may be lost if this payment is not made. This
deposit is strictly non-refundable and will not be
refunded if changes are made to the reservation by
either guest or owner. OKHR is
strictly an advertising service and has no liability or
responsibilities once owner & guest have been
connected with contact information. All OKHR
services end once owner & guest are connected with a
confirmed reservation.
